I asked for a refund, but it took quite a while to come through. Because the process was slow, I ended up feeling a bit frustrated and unsure about what was happening.

"Had to Deal With Bad Stitching Right Away"
I was bummed when I saw it up close. The stitching looked uneven, and one side seemed like it was rushed or never really checked before being shipped out. After only wearing it a couple of times, a thread already started coming loose, which was frustrating because now I have to spend time fixing or dealing with it. For the price, I expected way better quality and less hassle. It looks nice in photos, but in person it just didn’t feel worth the effort.

"Customer service wasn’t very helpful"
I reached out to customer service with what I thought was a simple question, but the responses were short and didn’t really address what I was asking. it felt more like I was inconveniencing them than getting proper assistance. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not very helpful either.

I was a little nervous about the color not matching the photos, but it was really close. It might be slightly darker in person, but not in a bad way at all. Still super cute, and I feel good about keeping it...

"Shipping was quicker than I expected"
I ordered from oliviablaire.com and my package showed up sooner than I thought it would. It wasn’t next-day fast or anything, but it still arrived quickly and everything went smoothly. I’m happy with the experience overall and would definitely order from them again.

"Sizing just didn’t make sense"
I bought two items in the same size, so I expected them to fit about the same. Instead, one was super tight and the other was so big it looked baggy on me.

I even checked the size chart before ordering, which made it more frustrating. Since the fit was so inconsistent, I would’ve had to deal with returns, and it just didn’t feel worth the trouble. I probably won’t order again unless they sort out the sizing.

"Really wish I’d picked a different delivery option"
The delivery ended up arriving late, and I didn’t get any updates along the way. I kept checking and waiting around, which was frustrating. i regret relying on this delivery because it made the whole experience more stressful than it needed to be.

I ordered from oliviablaire.com and the tracking has basically been sitting in the same spot for days. It just says something like “label created / waiting for carrier,” but nothing ever updates. I already paid, so I’m sitting here wondering what’s actually happening??

I tried contacting them, but the response I got felt super generic and didn’t really answer anything. At this point, I don’t know if my order even shipped. Frustrating experience overall, and I wouldn’t be in a rush to order again.

"Return policy could’ve been clearer"
I had to poke around a bit to find the return details, which was kind of frustrating. It wasn’t impossible to find, but I feel like if the policy had been laid out more clearly upfront, then maybe… I don’t know, it just would’ve made the whole thing easier.

Umm, I was kind of surprised they had the exact color and size I wanted in stock. I was able to order right away without waiting for some restock email, and checkout was simple with no annoying out-of-stock message popping up...

"Packaging was honestly a letdown"
I ordered from oliviablaire.com for the first time, and I have to say the packaging really wasn’t what I expected. When the box showed up, it already looked crushed and beat up, which made me a little nervous before I even opened it. Once I got inside, there wasn’t much padding or protection around the items either, so everything just felt kind of tossed in there rather than carefully packed. One of the items was loose in the box, and the outer wrap had a small tear, which was disappointing, especially considering what I paid. Thankfully it wasn’t a total disaster, but the whole unboxing experience just felt careless and not very premium. I was hoping my first order would feel a bit more put together, but this definitely left a bad impression

The site looked fine overall, but the checkout was a bit frustrating. It kept lagging, and I’m not totally sure what happened, but my payment didn’t go through the first time. I had to enter my details again, which was annoying. I did end up placing the order, but it felt like more hassle than it should’ve been.

"Okay Experience After Ordering"
I received my order update a little later than expected, which was slightly frustrating. That said, when I emailed them, they did get back to me and provided a response. Overall, it was fine, not amazing, but not terrible either.

"Felt a bit overpriced to me"
I ordered from oliviablaire.com and, yeah, I don’t know… the prices just felt kind of high for what I ended up getting.

The item itself wasn’t awful or anything. It was fine, I guess, but for the total I paid, I was expecting it to feel a little more worth it. Then once shipping and everything showed up at checkout, it made the whole thing feel even less reasonable.

Maybe some people wouldn’t mind paying that much, and that’s fair, but personally I don’t think I’d order again unless there was a big discount.

My exchange took a bit longer than I’ve had with some other services, but in the end everything went through fine. The swap was sorted without any real issues, so I’m okay with the overall experience.

I had an issue with my order the whole thing was frustrating. I was charged, but I couldn’t get a clear update on what was going on. Support kept sending short replies that didn’t really answer anything, and I had to keep following up myself. In the end, nothing felt properly fixed. I probably wouldn’t order from them again

"Sizing was way off"
The dress didn’t fit anything like the size chart said it would. I ended up having to deal with returning it and figuring out a replacement, which was just extra work I really didn’t want.

"Material felt cheaper than I expected"
I really liked how it looked online, but once it arrived, the material just didn’t feel that great. It was kind of thin and a little scratchy, not soft like I was hoping. The fit was okay, but for the price, I expected better fabric. It probably looks fine from a distance, but it wasn’t the most comfortable to wear.
